Adjusting the plan
The video illustrates an 'adjusting plan' scenario in Multi Project Planner.
The progress of 'P9 Bricklaying' indicates that the activity will end at the 29th. of may.
- We will have to move the blue activity occupying that space.
Doing so turned the blue activity into a hot potato.
- The red activity is moved to make room for the hot potato, which is the dropped at the place.
- When resizing the 'P9 Bricklaying' activity, its successor moves too,
due to the relative constraint between the two activities.
This is what is meant by Multi Project Planner keeping track of all the loose ends and little things.
