The progress of 'My Project' indicates that the activity will end at the 20th. of october.

• We will have to move the blue activity occupying that space.
  Doing so turned the blue activity into a hot potato.
• The hot potato is forced down upon the orange activity, which moves to make room for the potato.
• When resizing the 'My Project' activity, its successor moves too,
  due to the relative constraint between the two activities.

This is what is meant by Multi·Project·Planner keeping track of all the loose ends and little things.
