Automatic resource allocation
The video illustrates automatic resource allocation in Multi Project Planner.
Resources are allocated to project activities based on:
- The competencies needed for by the activity and the competencies offered by the employees.
- The availability of employees.
- Preferred employees, ie. a distinct set of employees assigned to a distinct set of work teams.
