Construction Team

In this scenario a team is appointed a project, which the team will accomplish alone.

Quite often the team is itentified by its leader. So we will let rows represents these teams and name them after their leader.

The manning of the teams will vary from project to project, i.e. some projects needs 4 man, others only two and for still others the manpower needs vary over time.

In the work team schedule, a bar represents a project. Within a bar the initials of the participating resources are listed.

Within the employee schedule blue bars represents duties assigned to a project and orange bars represent free duties.
