Consultancy Company

In this case we have used Multi·Project·Planner to do planning problem of a consultancy company.

In the consultancy company teams come and go with the tasks.

The teams are organized around a senior consultant and manned according to scale and competencies needed.

Quite often the team is itentified by its leader. So we will let rows represents these teams and name them after their leader.

In the work team schedule, a bar represents a project. Within a bar the initials of the participating resources are listed.

Within the employee schedule blue bars represents duties assigned to a project and orange bars represent free duties.
