In this step we will create two projects directly in the activity schedule.
To create a project directly in the activity schedule, follow this procedure:
- Select the menu 'Catalogs->Projects...' and click the 'New' button
- Fill in the field 'Title', select a color and click the 'OK' button. The newly created project will be present in the project catalog and selected.
- Select the pen tool by clicking the button
in the project catalog and start drawing activities onto the activity schedule. - When you have finished drawing activities, you may name the activities using the popup menu associated with each activity.
- Finally define the predecessor and successor relationships between the activities. To do so click the button
in order to put the activity schedule into 'Gantt' mode and use the pen to draw the relationships.
