To create a template project follow this procedure:

1. Select the menu Plan->Open Project Template.
2. In the Project Template Catalog click the 'New' button and enter the 'Title' and 'Weeks'.
3. Open the newly created template project. An empty template schedule is activated.
4. Select the menu 'Catalogs->Work Teams' and drag the needed work teams onto the left side template schedule.
5. Click the button  in the toolbar and draw activities on the schedule.
6. Click the button  in the toolbar and draw the predecessor and successor relationships between the activities.
7. Activate the popup menu associated with each activity, select 'Title' and name the activities.

It is not possible to create hot potatoes in a template project.
