In this step the resources will be defined.
The resources needed resides in the resource catalog, from where they later will be dragged unto the plan when setting up the plan.
To create resources follow this procedure:
- Select the menu 'Catalogs->Resources' and click the 'New' button.
- Fill in the fields 'Name' and 'Initials'.
- The 'Resource category' will be treated later.
- Select the tab 'Competences', activate the Competence catalog by clicking the 'Open competence catalog' button and drag the competences needed from the competence catalog onto the 'Competences' list.
- Select the tab 'Schedule' activate the Weekly Work Hour Schedule' catalog by clicking the 'Open' button and drag a schedule from the catalog onto the schedule field.
- Click the 'OK' button.
