In this step the work teams will be defined.
The work teams needed resides in the wok team catalog, from where they later will be dragged unto the plan when setting up the plan for the first time.
To create work teams follow this procedure:
- Select the menu 'Catalogs->Work teams' and click the 'New' button.
- Fill in the 'Team name' and 'Abbr' fields.
- Select the tab 'Resource requirements', activate the Competence catalog by clicking the 'Open competence catalog' button and drag the competences needed from the competence catalog onto the 'Resource requirements' list.
- Select the tab 'Schedule' activate the 'Weekly Work Hour Schedule' catalog by clicking the 'Open' button and drag a schedule from the catalog onto the schedule field.
- Click the 'OK' button.
