Decision Points
This picture illustrates Multi Project Planner's implementation of Decision points.
Decision points are defined as:
- The time span before the start of the activity, where the decision has to be taken.
- The actual decision as text.
Multi Project Planner will raise a flag if decisions are due or over due.
