Decision Points

This picture illustrates Multi·Project·Planner's implementation of Decision points.

Decision points are defined as:

• The timespan before the start of the activity, where the decision has to be taken.
• The actual decision as text.

Multi·Project·Planner will raise a flag if decisions are due or over due.
