The template project "Template project no. 1" is dragged onto the schedule.

We have grabbed the template in its "Roofing" activity, as it is the latest to be finished and placed it in week 37, where the project is to be finished.

Now we activate the Best fit monitor by pressing the F5 button and start dragging the template to the left.

The Best fit monitor keeps track of where the optimum peek was first encountered.

This will be the optimum closest to the delivery date, and thats where we will drop the template.

In this example we will not handle the hot potato created at the bricklayer team but let it stay, to be solved at another time.

By the way the Best fit monitor works the other way around if you drag to the right.
