The following video illustrates Multi·Project·Planner
In this example we have to build the schedule first as it is the first time the system is used.
The schedule mirrors the current organisation, which consist of one concrete team, two bricker teams and two carpenter teams.
We will arange them in a hierarchy, to mirror the organisation.
Building the schedule only have to be done once.

The capacities is dragged from the "Capacitytypes" Dialog and dropped at the left of the schedule, thereby creating the capacitystructure. Little green arrows indicate the position of the capacity, relative to others. Capacities in the "Capacitytypes" Dialog are types, while capacities in the schedule are instancies, ie you may have several carpenter teams in the schedule, all of the same "carpenter" type. |
Editing of the capacitystructure is done with mouse too. Press the SHIFT button and the left mouse button on a capacity and you can begin dragging it where you want. Don't be afraid of losing information, every operation is ondoable. |
