This set of use cases gives you an idea of how the system works.

Psychiatrist's Clinic

The psycologist' booking problem is the need to book a course of sessions simultaniously. Multi·Project·Planner's unique template facilities are used to formulate a set of template courses.

In this case we operate with three templates:

When an appointment is made with the client the first time, a template is booked in the schedule. The first session is agreed upon with the client, i.e. it is an appointment, the others are preliminary sessions.

Planning Board of a psycologist' clinic

The picture shows two weeks of the schedule for the psycologist' clinic.

The day has be divided into four time-slots of one and a half hours duration. Within a time-slot the psychologist performs a session.

The time-slots named 'private', are used as an occasional buffer.

A bar represents a session with a client. If a bar has a black triangle attached, the session has been aggreed upon with the client, i.e. it represents an apointment.

Although Multi·Project·Planner's minimum time unit is a day, this example shows how to use rows to represent time-slots.
