Booking a new client

The video illustrates booking a client for the first time.

The booking process consist of:
  • Selecting a template for the session plan. (Not shown)
  • Dropping that template on the schedule using 'Drag and Drop'.
    You select the time-slot for the first session,
    the system selects the time-slots for the remaining preliminary time-slots.
  • Fix the first session, which will prevent it from being moved.
  • Naming the 'project'. (Not shown)
 If the system is not able to find room for all the sessions in the template, it denies you the right to drop it.
You may overrule this denial by pressing the 'Ctrl' key. The system will respond by turning the problems into hot potatoes.
A hot potato is nothing else than a reminder of a problem, to be dealt with when appropriate.
