The check for upgrades/updates is done from within the program by activating the menu "Check for updates".

Upgrade policy

Minor upgrades

Minor upgrades, i.e. from 2.1 to 2.2 f.ex., and bug-fixes are free.

Major upgrades

Major upgrades, i.e. from 2.4 to 3.0 f.ex are charged a price of at most half the current price of the product. The price will depend on the features added.
We do reserve the right to give you major updates for free as well, though.
